The Montana Farm Bureau Federation (MFBF) and New West Health Services are pleased to announce their partnership to offer affordable, comprehensive health coverage to MFBF members.
Scott Kulbeck is the Montana Farm Bureau Federation’s Director of Member Development and Services and during an interview with the Northern Ag Network’s Russell Nemetz said MFBF is excited to offer this new membership benefit.

New West is a Montana-based, provider-sponsored health plan that believes in including upfront preventive care for its members to help them stay healthy and provide the tools to promote a healthy lifestyle. MFBF shares this philosophy and saw a New West partnership as a benefit for MFBF members statewide.
Kulbeck says with a group plan 14,000 plus members strong this is a tremendous opportunity for MFBF members to purchase affordable health care coverage.

MFBF health coverage will be available for small and large employer groups, and individual coverage is also available. The MFBF health plan offers premium discounts unique only to MFBF members and is now available. This health plan is serviced by the Payne Financial Group, an insurance agency with locations around Montana.

$10 annual eye exam, 100% of allowable charges for breast, cervical, and prostate cancer screenings, cholesterol and lipid disorder screenings along with a $1,300 annual benefit for colorectal cancer screenings. In addition, coverage is also provided for well child care and routine immunizations.

If you are a member in good standing with the Montana Farm Bureau Federation and you have between 2 and 50 employees.
Not a member of an employer group? As a Farm Bureau member you qualify to receive a special premium holiday when first enrolling in a New West individual plan! After 11 months of continual coverage the 12th month premium is waived! (New health plan members only)
