Encouraged by some and deemed unnecessary by others, the USDA Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration already extended the comment period for their proposed changes to the U.S Packers and Stockyards Act once.
The clock is now winding down as we get closer and closer to the November 22, 2010 deadline. To get more information on the changes, visit the USDA’s GIPSA website.
