2024 Event

Sidney, MT

Last year’s For the Farmers Tour in Sidney started off strong with a stop at United Grain Elevator in Culbertson, where local farmers were surprised with deliveries of ice-cold Busch Light straight to the field. The day continued with a community gathering at The Market in Sidney, where The Market team served up Busch Light beer brats and producer lunches, both delivered and on-site.

We also hosted a live “Noon Report” broadcast from the Northern Ag Network, shared some stories, and gave away some great t-shirts.

The day was all about connecting with producers, thanking them for their hard work, and bringing the ag community together.

Matt Stedman’s crew didn’t fully stop chopping corn when we arrived. The large team of 26 kept things going smoothly getting a few words in with our delivery crew before fully heading back to work. Center Back: Matt Stedman shares a word of thanks with Northern Ag Network’s Andy Schwab for stopping by with lunch during the harvest. Matt is introduced to Michael McKay, BNSF Ombudsman for MT/WY. Great to have Michael on hand as BNSF plays a critical role in getting crops to market.
Top Left: Shop Cheers! Watkins Distributing making a toast to the Dynneson Family. Bottom Left: Katelyn Dynneson and dad, Keith, in the far back. Katelyn is 5th generation farmer/ rancher. Bottom Middle: Doug Petroff – Watkins Distributing, Miles City, and Bernadete Jensen, Northern Ag Network with little conner up on the chopper. He told us green was his favorite color!

2023 Event

Dillon, Conrad, Fairview & Lewistown

In partnership with Busch Light, the day started with a Live Voices of Montana broadcast and we then toured farming communities and provided on-farm meal deliveries supported by local Anheuser-Busch distributors. We rounded the day out with social events and even had a drop in from "the Busch guy".
