Grand Prizes Revealed for the 40th Year of the MATE

Billings, MT–Celebrating 40 years of the Montana Agri-Trade Exposition (MATE) offers big grand prizes for the weekend of February 18-20, 2016.
The two sections of the MATE show, Agriculture and Home & Health, offers the public a chance to win three grand prizes. Attendance is free with a ticket. Pick up tickets at the NILE Office, First Interstate Bank locations, and all vendor store-fronts. To enter the grand prize drawing, fill out the back of a ticket and drop it in the drawing drum.
This year's Ag Grand Prize is a gator generously donated by John Deere.This is the perfect four-wheeled friend to go irrigate, check cows, move heavy objects, or run around the barn yard. This all terrain vehicle is hearty and helps get the job done.For the past five years a Grand Prizehas been donated byJohn Deere's participating dealers: Yellowstone County Implement, Horizon Implement, Park County Implement, andSheridan County Implement.Check out their booth in the Expo #47.

Since this is the 40th anniversary the MATE is giving away a ton of prizes–literally. Agri-Best Feedin booth #501 will award one lucky winner one ton of SweetPro Feed. Taking home this grand prize keeps livestock and the wallets fat for the season.

This February will be the 40th year of the MATE, the largest Agriculture Trade Show in the region.Since 1976 the MATE has been held the third week of February. The three day event has had an attendance of over 14,000 people. Over 500 booths display trusted equipment and the latest technology for farming and ranching.The NILE (Northern International Livestock Exposition) purchased the MATE in 2008.
