“Farm-City Week” will conclude on Thanksgiving Day. Its timing is deliberate in that it is an opportunity to educate all those Thanksgiving diners about the meal before them.
The Farm-City Council’s website is devoted to this effort year-round and even allows the opportunity for you to quiz yourself on your own food knowledge.
It turns out that my knowledge wasn’t as up to par as I had hoped. After taking the “Fun Facts Quiz 1,” my score was a measly 58{4d08edaf359bc2115b18a651716ebd427a137946ddca2143fa23b3ea721061e4}. Can you beat me?
