Wilford Brimley is a legendary American actor and has appeared in films like The China Syndrome, Cocoon, The Thing and The Firm.
He also had a recurring role on the 1970’s television series The Waltons. Brimley has also done television commercials, including advertisements for Quaker Oats and Liberty Medical.
Wilford Brimley and his wife Beverly are also the founders of Hands Across The Saddle (HATS) which they founded in 2009. The mission of HATS is to help our friends and neighbors when they need a little “hand up”! They’ve assisted folks with paying rent, small medical bills, or even food for their family when life has thrown them a curve ball. The Brimley’s use 100{fd15d42d1b024b97d6d50958be27cc8145b6addb99e015780abccf2984117bb0} of the funds raised by our events goes toward helping their neighbors in the Big Horn Basin.
On May 21, 2012, Wilford joined the Northern Ag Network’s Russell Nemetz and KTVQ’s Ed McIntosh for a television interview about their 2012 Matched Saddle Bronc & Invitational Barrel Race in Greybull, Wyoming on June 9, 2012.
