According to the American Farm Bureau Federation’s Newsline, the House Agriculture Committee has passed legislation that would “make it clear that if pesticide users follow current law that regulates pesticide use, they would not also need an additional Clean Water Act permit.” H.R. 872 (read it here) it titled the “Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act.”
