MSU Extension Program will Focus on Managing Calving Difficulty.
Custer County Extension is hosting one of the premier experts on preparing ranchers to better manage issues that arise during the calving season.
Dr. Robert Mortimer, Retired Colorado State University Veterinarian will present a 2 hour program on December 16 at the Miles City Town and Country Club beginning at 4:00 p.m.
The emphasis of this presentation will be on “Handling Calving Difficulty” with emphasis on decision making and the “Hows” and “Whys” of techniques of providing assistance.

The program will be offered in Big Timber on December 15 and Baker on December 17 as well
