Montana's largest rangeland education program will be hosted at the Red Lodge Fairgrounds this year, June 19th-21st.
Montana Range Days started in Jordan in 1977 to teach the youth of Montana to identify native plants and properly manage native rangeland. The event has since become a key component to promoting sustainable agricultural practices in Montana.
The event is not only for farmers and ranchers, but for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. The event has activities for ages four and up. At the end of the 3 day event there is a competition to test what participants have learned throughout the workshops.
