GREAT FALLS, MT (June 9, 2016) – This week several hundred farmers and ranchers met in Great Falls for the Montana Farm Bureau Federation’s 2016 Summer Conference. Bob Hanson is the MFBF president from White Sulphur Springs and talked with the Northern Ag Network’s Russell Nemetz about the summer meeting and its importance.
The policy that’s worked on at the summer conference will ultimately end up at the annual convention this November. Gretchen Schubert is the MFBF Women’s Leadership Committee Chair from Huntley and says their excited about the new venue for this year’s annual convention.
The American Farm Bureau Federation’s Johnna Miller was a featured presenter at this year’s summer conference. And she talked about the importance of using social media to help tell Agriculture’s important story.
