Panel members are Heitkamp, Justin Lumpkin, U.S. Department of Agriculture Agricultural Marketing Service; Larry Schnell, Stockmen’s Livestock Exchange; Dale Christman, North Dakota cattle buyer; Dave Lehman, Chicago Mercantile Exchange; Larry Kinev, President of I-BAND; and Steve Brooks, president of North Dakota Stockmen’s Association.
