Deadline for Class TWO of the REAL Montana leadership program May 31
A few days ago in Kalispell the inaugural class for the REAL Montana leadership program held their graduation ceremony, where Bruce Vincent was their commencement speaker.
R.E.A.L. stands for “Resource Education and Agricultural Leadership”, and for the past two years this inaugural class has been meeting every other month to hone their abilities in media, lobbying, strategic planning, and other leadership skills. The 10 Seminars of REAL Montana included a week in Washington, DC, and a trip to China!
This is NOT a program for young emerging leaders, but instead is designed for those who already ARE established leaders in the various Resource Industries…but who are planning to step up to a much larger role of leadership within the next 5-10 years.
We mention this because the deadline to apply for Class TWO of REAL Montana is just a few days away….on May 31st.
The members of Class TWO will be selected in June, and then the second series of training seminars will begin in September.
You can see the full schedule on the website, and take a look at the photos and activities from Class ONE, which just wrapped up a few days ago.
Apply for Class Two by this weekend….just go to www.realmontana.org!
