Welcome to Reisig Cattle’s 5th Annual Sale. It has been a great year in the cattle business. In this year’s offering we have a great set of bulls and a select set of heifers.
The lead off bull, Reisig Resource 481 is a special offer : he ranks 2 WW and 1 YW on his 50K and also 102 $B. We will collect him before he leaves the ranch and use him in our AI Program. He is out of Buford Elba 9000 that is in the joint Embryo Program with Buford Ranches . Buford Elba 9000 produced Reisig Elba 308 that sold last year to Copeland Angus Arkansas half interest for $8000 and Reisig Bob 2052 sold to Buford Ranches for $9500.
New to our program this year: we used the Zoetis 50K for all the bulls and heifers. We think this technology will be a great tool for producers to use. This will give each animal higher accuracy to their EPD’s. Also, we will be selling on LiveAuction .TV to help producers that are not able to make the sale.
