With the preliminary decree for the Clark's Fork Basin of the Yellowstone being issued in mid-September, Water Sage is offering an opportunity for individuals and communities to learn how this decree can potentially affect their water rights. On Wednesday, August 31st at 7:00 PM at the Bridger Senior Center 302. E Broadway, Bridger, MT, Water Sage will provide examples of how the DNRC will conduct the review process of water rights. Also, they will be covering how individuals can use the Water Sage program on their own.
Water Sage is a great tool to access and analyze water rights, but in many cases, a legal opinion is essential when it comes to the adjudication process. Law Firms like Lund Law in Bozeman combine the Water Sage online resource program and their knowledge of land and water law to advocate for their clients best interests.
