The Winter Grazing Seminar will be held January 17 starting at 8 am and January 18 starting at 2 pm in Glasgow MT
Dr. Angus McIntosh, Executive Director of National Range Allotment Owners Association will give a 2 hour seminar at the Valley County Conservation District Winter Grazing Seminar in Glasgow, Montana, Wednesday January 18,2017 from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 at the Cottonwood Inn.
The seminar will cover range rights as recognized by the United States Supreme Court, meaning of the term “preference” as well as the various pre-existing rights and property interests owned by allottees in grazing allotments on split-estate federal lands; discussion of the “Hage” decisions in the United States Federal Court of Claims and United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
An association run by and for the Allotment owner-to help protect property-rights and the business interests of the Allotment owner. It's how the Allotment owners have a voice!
