While those in the livestock industry fight freezing cold temperatures to take care of their animals, they have another battle to contend with in the coziness of millions of living rooms around the world. Today on the Oprah Winfrey Show, they will be discussing “The Vegan Challenge” as Oprah and 378 staffers go vegan. It is expected that weight loss and a tour of a processing plant will be big compenents of the show.
