Fourteen people from Brazil, Japan, Taiwan and the U.S. are in Fargo learning about wheat.
Northern Crops Institute is offering a three-day course this week on how wheat type and quality affects milling and baking.
NCI Director Brian Sorenson says it’s another opportunity to showcase the quality of the region’s crops.
NCI is funded by the states of North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota and commodity groups in those states and Montana.
