Proper Animal Handling a Big Priority for Livestock Market Association

by

The handling of livestock is a big priority for organizations like the Livestock Marketing Association (LMA) and its members.

That’s why the LMA consistently monitors and evaluates livestock handling procedures in the auction market setting. And all LMA members are required to participate in on-site evaluation of their livestock handling practices.

During the 2017 LMA Annual Convention in Billings, MT, the Northern Ag Network’s Russell Nemetz talked with LMA Regional Executive Officer Forrest Mangan from Folsom, CA about animal handling.
