Portions of an internal document leaked earlier this year from the Department of the Interior sparking a whirlwind of speculation, doubt and backtracking. The pages of the document outline the where’s and why’s to how the Antiquities Act could be used to designate areas in the west as “National Monuments.” The original leaked document was only 7 pages in length. They have now made available the fourteen pages surrounding the original seven. You can read the full version here.
